Cllr Ian Rawson MacKenzie
Ian is a Councillor for the Witherley Ward.
I have lived in Atherstone and the surrounding area all my life and moved to the village of Witherley over 30 years ago. I also have strong family ties in the village with my Grandparents living here in the 1950's.
I am actively involved in the Witherley Memorial Playing Field Trust and am dedicated to ensuring the village continues to thrive and maintain a pleasant place to live and stay, not only for the residents but also for the many visitors we have; keeping the community and all of its traditions alive in the process.
My days are mainly spent running local family businesses and all that entails, including motor dealerships, construction and plant hire companies.
My time off is spent enjoying walking the dogs to relax, outdoor pursuits and entertaining, mainly in the village!
